Quail Recipes

Once the dogs are worn out and the gun barrel has cooled down, it's time to put all those downed birds to use. We're looking for a few good tips and tricks on how you prepare your quail. What ingredients, when combined with the supple meat of the quail, tickle your tastebuds? How do you grill, bake, fry, etc. your daily limit of quail?
