Quail Forever and Pheasant Forever 2017 State Meetings

23054675-bd4b-4dfb-b835-32c50059b265 Each year, Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever host state meetings focused on the organization’s wildlife habitat mission and ways to improve our impact. State meetings are also a time for chapter volunteers and partners to connect, energize and celebrate upland habitat accomplishments.

2017 Illinois State Convention

Date: January 20 & 21, 2017
Location: Bass Pro in Ranch Cucamonga, Victoria Gardens, 7777 Victoria Gardens Ln, Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Cost: Full Registration- $75.00/person; Spouse- $55.00/person; Banquet Only- $40.00/person
Highlights: Friday social hour, numerous breakouts, awards, banquet and live auction. Saturday night post banquet gathering with a shuttle provided.

2017 Iowa State Convention

Date: January 27 & 28, 2017
Time: Jan. 27 4:00 PM – Jan. 28 10:00 PM
Location: Quality Inn and Suites Starlite Village Conference Center, 2601 E 13th St, Ames, IA 50010
Cost: Full Weekend, includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner banquet ticket - $100; Saturday night banquet - $40: Saturday lunch only - $30.
Highlights: The overarching theme will focus on the IWILL campaign. The convention will also include education and outreach programs, chapter officer trainings, quail habitat improvement, precision agriculture and farm bill biologist program update.

2017 Michigan State Convention

Date: January 14, 2017
Time: Convention Check-in: 8:30 AM – 9:20 AM. Session: 9:30 am – 4:45 pm. Banquet: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

Cost: Convention Only - $30; Convention & Awards Banquet Registration - $65; Awards Banquet Only - $50; Youth Banquet (under 15) convention is free - $10
Highlights: Habitat workshop, fundraising workshop and an education and outreach workshop.

2017 Missouri State Convention

Date: February 11, 2017

Cost: Saturday Meeting, includes breakfast and lunch - $30; Saturday Reception, includes dinner and admission into the appreciation reception -$35. Fall Saturday Pass, includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and your admission into the appreciation reception - $65 (early bird special before January 20th $55)

2017 North Dakota State Convention

Cost: Early bird registration (prior to January 14) - $60; Regular registration - $75
Highlights: Gun raffle, speeches by state coordinators and director of ND game and fish department, field biologists and many more.
 

2017 Ohio State Convention

Date: February 3 & 4, 2017
Location: Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Columbus, 100 Green Meadows Dr S, Lewis Center, OH
Cost: Meeting only - $60; Banquet only - $50; Meeting and banquet early bird special (before January 13) - $105; Meeting and banquet (after January 13) - $120
Highlights: Marketing your chapter, youth shooting teams and opportunities, ask a biologist and updates on quail.

2017 Oklahoma/Texas State Convention

Date: March 24 & 25, 2017 
Location: Wellington Conference Center, 5200 Kell W Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX 76310. Highlights: Partnership meeting, mock youth mentor hunt, life member & partner reception, chapter officer reception. Saturday seminars to include habitat, prescribed burning, dog training, youth seminars, and chapter improvement seminars.

2017 South Dakota State Convention
